Tonight it is Linguini with (great) Meatballs. I have a 2003 Borgo Scopeto and a 2004 Amadeo. This will be a first tasting for either one. Any thoughts as to which I should open?
In the nature of the vintage, I'd expect the 2003 to be bigger and more fruity, the 2004 possibly a little more acidic. Can't speak to the specific producers, but any Chianti ought to be fine with your pasta and meatballs.
