2001 Château Doisy-VédrinesGolden, spicy but still showing some youthful fruit. This is a delicious wine from 375ml right now, though it is in no danger of going downhill any time soon. There's plenty of stuffing, and the balance is very nice.

This could be posted in the December focus with fortified, sweet and bubbly wines.
