2012 Willi Schaefer Graacher Domprobst Riesling Kabinett #3 - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (12/14/2013)Let's get one thing straight right now - this is solid spatlese. That being said, it is one heck of a wine. The balance between fruit and acidity is perfect. The aromatics are precise and fresh, the flavors persistent. It's all one can ask for in modern Mosel kabinett.
