WTN: 1998 Moulin de Duhart

Decanted just before serving. Excessive cocoa on first pour effectively blitzed acidity and all other complexities for the first two hours. Only in the third hour did acidity, berry fruit and a little graphite show up. Not great, but very enjoyable.

I am frankly surprised it was decent.
