Any suggestions on what wine pairs well w/ toe jam cheese:
LATimes:ToeJamCheese Let your imagination rune wild. My first thought was any wine from TonyCoturri. But I have full confidence that all you bright folks can come up w/ something better.
What puzzles me is why humans cannot actually taste the cheese. I'm game.
