13% abv. Orangey-coral color. Fragrance and flavors of bright red fruits--watermelon, pomegranate, and not-quite-ripe strawberry. It also has a note of pepper or ginger spices. Nice acidic touch that refreshes the palate and invites further sipping. Not a bad pairing with veal piccata. I liked it better than the 2011 version which I tried at a Vino Volo in Detroit last August and found rather austere. This was a fun wine and one I might include in a future church fundraiser. I paid $15.99 for it.

We had the 2012 Rose from Fabre earlier this year and found it...ok.

Their Torrontes is pretty good as well...it's one of our house whites.
