2004 Lingenfelder Freinsheimer Goldberg Riesling Spätlese halbtrocken - Germany, Pfalz (11/5/2013)What a pleasant wine for the dinner table. If you are looking for a thrill ride go elsewhere, but if you want a fruity, flowery and slightly stony food companion with gentle, but sufficient acidity then this is a wine for you. I had never intended to age the wine this long, but there you go. Fun stuff.
