From the Kakhetian region of Georgia. Fermented in qveri with skins, seeds and stems, giving something of a red wine structure to a dry white wine. Honey colored with a nose of stewed fruit and vegetables. A full figs and prunes taste dissipates quickly followed by a mellow finish. A good buy at $13.

Great notes! I've had the Sapaveri from this producer-very much like a funky Syrah.
