TN: 1995 Neyers Cabernet Sauvignon (Napa)
I believe that this wine is from Eisele fruit, but so much about name dropping....
We decided to open this with a chunk of sirloin cow and I must confess this was a truly special experience. Well, let me re-phase that..it was wonderful. Just a bit of fade at the rim accompanied by by some subdued black cherry fruit. Everything was in balance, but the finish of menthol/mint/cedar just lingered and lingered..outstanding wine that is at, or near, its' peak.

This Cab was wrapped tighter than an Egyptian mummy on release. Sounds like it finally came around. Their 95 Merlot was much more approachable, but may not have stood the test of time?
