2009 Ex Nihilo Riesling Okanagan Valley.
I met one of the owners last year at a local tasting here in town, told me he lived in Sherwood Park just down the road!
Unlike the `09 Pinot Gris which was past its prime, this effort is superb. Peach, lime apple on the nose. Entry is dry, long finish, citrus, minerals. Improves as it airs and held up great overnight. Not too tart, no gasolein, serious juice here. Bravo Ex Nihilo.
