WTN: One of the Schlossbergs

Because after all there's a Schlossberg pretty much everywhere...

2007 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling Spätlese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (7/24/2013)
I don't know if this is already opened back up or if it never shut down, but it sure is good! Perfectly ripe tree fruit is held in balance by the acidity, such that none of the component parts stick out. It's seamless from the sweet, fruity, floral start to the deeply mineral finish. Even accounting for the modern vintage it is still remarkably typical of spatlese and drinks much too easily. Delicious!
