WTN: Cédric Bouchard Champagne Inflorescence Blanc de Noirs

NV Roses de Jeanne / Cédric Bouchard Champagne Inflorescence Blanc de Noirs - France, Champagne (5/18/2013)
L01, from a purchase in spring 2009.
Shows quite a lot of toast/wheat bread elements, but still has some red fruit and citrus tones remaining. Kind of a mid-life stage with no signs of fading. Overall it's quite interesting now, with a gentle mousse that takes it to a more wine-y place than pure Champagne.

As you are the king of talented titles, I can't believe you didn't name this thread "Cedric the Entertainer". :)

I need to open one of these before midlife becomes old age.

We opened one Friday night. Quite nice, pretty much like you describe it. A Pierre Peters outclassed it, but very tasty.
Cheers, Jim
