2007 Weingut Reuscher-Haart Piesporter Goldtröpfchen Riesling Spätlese - Germany, Mosel Saar Ruwer (4/27/2013)Either this never closed down, or it has opened back up. Lots of peach and tropical fruit in evidence, as well as a liberal coating of Goldtropfchen honey. It shows a touch of smoke as well, so there has been a bit of development. It's a big spatlese, but has sufficient acidity to remain refreshing despite its obvious weight. It should drink well for quite a while.
