Have any of you run across this anonymous blogger, who says he's a California wine geek-sommelier, once of LA and now in Sonoma? Some of his stuff is very funny. A lot of it is (in my opinion) sophomoric. But it's worth a look for grins. Anyone know him/her or any more background?

Not really anonymous, his name is Ron Washam, and he really is a somm. I find his writing sometimes brilliantly funny (10%), often humorous (20%), mostly a mixture of successful and failed humor (50%), and occasionally stupid/tiresome (20%). The mix is such that I don't read regularly, but will click if someone says something he wrote is good. I loved (and linked) his Galloni/PArker Godfather spoof last month,
