2011 Yvon Métras Fleurie Vieilles Vignes - France, Burgundy, Beaujolais, Fleurie (3/28/2013)
Beautifully funky nose. Wet leaves, lively cherry, soil, meat, and mineral. The palate had great grip and mineral notes with juicy freshness that only Gamay can deliver. This has layers of flavors and is more complex than your average Fleurie....a home run. (92 pts.)
