I have to say, this is a really nice article (and so often, after reading articles written about ESJ, or almost any other wine-related subject, I end up grumbling about all the inaccuracies, bad editing, and flat-out mistakes that usually constitute the majority of them). At least for me, this was a pleasure to read! :D
I don't know just how I'm supposed to play this scene, but I ain't afraid to learn...
