NV H. Billiot Fils Champagne Grand Cru Brut Réserve - France, Champagne, Ambonnay, Champagne (1/13/2013)Drinking quite well with a little bit of post disgorgement bottle age(disgorged June 2010). Plenty of fruit, as well as some developing toast. I did pick up the barest hint of volatility on first opening, but it blew off after an hour or so. Still, I will drink up by remaining bottle from this disgorgement.
