Hey, Robin! I am having trouble connecting to enter the chatroom. I am here in the dressing room of the Academy during a performance of Cenerentola on my laptop. I have had issues from home, too, which is weird because I never have problems entering chat. Send my regards to all if I am not successful!!!

Paulo, most likely your portable computer either doesn't have Java installed or has its security settings at too high a level to permit the Chat room's Java program to run.

Do you have a choice between, say, Firefox and Explorer? If so, try the alternate program.

Paolo, could this be a firewall issue? try turning the firewall off, connec, and restart the firewall.

Hmmmmm.... OK.... I'll check that..... I had used my laptop several times for the chat without any problems.....er.... lemme check an hopefully I'll pop in shortly..... thanks, Robin!
