Colour still somewhat greenish. Incredible nose, purity from Plato´s ideal state, so perfectly in tune with the botrytis and honey notes. Elegant and refined and something to behold, smell and taste for hours, literally. Did anyone say that sweet Riesling is dead? Far from it: So long as men can breathe, or eyes can see, So long lives this, and this gives life to thee.
