WTN: 2008 Domaine William Fevre Chablis

The AOC bottling. It sure sucks to have to use a wine of this caliber for making risotto.

Citrus, chalk and a brisk finish. Refreshing and drinkable. On the whole, not that different from a top Muscadet, but with a bit more richness. Lovely.
