2002 Louis Jadot Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru Les Boudots (Domaine Gagey)
From half bottle this is just starting to come into its own. Some earthy, leathery elements are now added to the mix, along with a healthy dose of primary fruit. Tannins are softening, though a little ore time would not hurt there either. At least now there's some glimpse into a more mature Burgundy. Wonder how long it's going to be for full bottles to come around...
