WTNs: Very pretty Burgundies

Louis Chenu isn't a property that I see mentioned here ever. I tried these two Savigny-lès-Beaunes a couple years ago and I was happy to try them now again.

Louis Chenu Savigny-lès-Beaune 1er Cru Les Talmettes 2007
Very pretty aromatics; pure Pinosity and brightness. Really lovely palate, weightless and light - and thus seemingly un-chaptalized (and the 12,5% abv would suggest that, too, in addition to my always fallible palate!). Unending aftertaste, though it wasn't a particularly assertive palate. Nice!

Was quite similar, but here I thought I sensed a slight touch of oak(?). Nothing to worry about as after 10mins of air it seemed to have disappeared. (Am I the boy who cried "oak!"? :D ) Once again, just like with the Talmettes, this has just incredibly beautiful aromatics: pure Pinosity but not in an in-your-face way, but, paradoxically, in a beautifully expressive and restrained way. I just ordered a case of 6 of these because this one is available in Alko. But I have no idea how I will manage to keep my hands off these because quite frankly, even though this is obviously very young, I find the aroma irresistible.

I can't remember the last time I had a young Burgundy as pretty as these. I like Burgundy light and pretty and ethereal.
I don't drink wine because of religious reasons ... only for other reasons.
