Light to medium weight, petrol, tart acidity, lean structure, lemon, grapefruit, green apple, peppery, drying, clean and intense.
Drying, tart lemon peel on the finish.
Rather austere, but stopped short of being painfully tart and drying.
Screwcap closure.
