- 2010 Château Pesquié Côtes du Ventoux Quintessence - France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Côtes du Ventoux (9/4/2012)
Dense and chewy with dark fruit, black coffee, burnt tannins and rubber. Fine long tannic finish with some dried herbs and a bit of baking spices. Has a suave, classy, modern overall feel but not sweet, international or anonymous. Needs a few years in bottle IMO and will evolve for 10 years. Very nice and worth the price.
