Bottled by Ravoire & Fils. 14.5% abv. Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Mourvedre. A pretty medium coral color. Nose of muddled berries. Interesting mixture of flavors--berries, pomegranate, and watermelon, citrus and herbs. Some minerality. Paired okay with veal scallopini Marsala although a Riesling might have been a better choice. I've had other rose' wines from Tavel that I liked better. Probably won't purchase this again (but I enjoyed the name--the vineyards of the preachers),
