Also tried last night:
1.DunnVnyds CabSauv HowellMtn/NapaVlly (13.0%) 1982: Med.dark color w/ some bricking; bit herbal/Cab rather earthy/mushroomy/rustic slight funky/root cellar classic HM Cab bit toasty/oak some complex nose; slight menthol rather herbal/Cab/earthy slight cedary/toasty/oak fairly rough/rustic/tannic bit complex flavor; med.long earthy/herbal/Cab light toasty/cedary/oak rough/rustic/tannic slight menthol almost coarse finish; a pretty classic HM/mountain Cab that needs age.

A wee BP:
1. This is a 30 yr old wine and still a pretty rough/young mountain Cabernet. Not much sweet fruit to it. Not sure that it will ever mellow enough and smooth out to be a pleasurable old Cab. Hard to say.
