Absolutely stellar.
Riper, more tropical and opulent in its flavours than I normally expect from Alzinger (reminding me of an FX wine at points!), but there's still a vivid minerally core beneath the bright floral-tinged peach and melon fruit. There's tremendous power and intensity here, yet at the same time a remarkable sense of lightness and precision to the flavours, with a finish that seems to last longer than a glass of this. Wow!
