1997 Joh. Jos. Prüm Graacher Himmelreich Riesling Auslese

Primary, bright yellow color. This has a classic-styled, "Prüm-ish" bouquet with decent aromas of white flowers, pineapple, peach and a hint of overripe melon.
In the mouth it is incredibly refreshing, harmonious, fruity and grounded (in deep minerality), with a clear structure and a backbone of vibrant and complex acidity (reminiscent of passion fruit). Very intense, although extremely light on its feet. I think this could reach ideal bottle maturity in about 10 years. - My personal rating: 93+/100.

Cheers,
Rainer

Thanks Ranier. I have a single of this so really appreciate the update. I had been looking at it lately but will let it go a while now.
