I bought a nice piece of local halibut today, and grilled it, and opened a bottle of Swan Jose's Rhose '08 to go with it.
It was pretty (to say nothing of pretty good!) so I took a picture.
One of the darkest roses in the universe; you can blame the PS for that!
The wine was a great match for the dinner (with salad not pictured), and I'm sorry I didn't turn the label. I was too hungry.
BTW, the sauce was the first tomato off my back yard bush this year.
