2008 Domaine William Fèvre Chablis
Great cut and freshness in this AOC level domaine bottling from Fevre. Don't get any in a paper cut! The citrus will kill you. Really nice way to liven up one of the dog days of August.

Yeah, and if you liked that one, good news is there's more good stuff coming. Last couple of vintage tastings I've done when Luc Bouchard came through the Fevre Chablis have shown really, really well. Get some 2010. Classic stuff, shiveringly good.
