Decided to cellar this for a while after chatting with winemaker when he visited Edmonton in `08. I was not sure how it would turn out at the time but had a hunch.
Pale lemon color, spice nose, crisp, citrus, pineapple (no wet dog). Nice entry on the palate, off-dry, fair acidity, long mineral finish. "Melon" from across the picnic table, I thought right on, I made the right decision!!
