I had a mostly intact bottle of 2007 Marietta Cabernet left from the nite before that was too hot (%15.6 abv) so I blended it with a Gallo Sonoma 2008 Cabernet (%13.8 abv) and then split in two containers, mixed completely, one for tonite and one for tomorrow. Nice outcome as the half I consumed tonite was spicy and big but not hot and still typical of a Cal. Cabernet.
