An 80/20 blend of Prugnolo and Aglianico
Dark red in the glass.
Spicy, tarry, dried flowers, old cheese on the nose.
Medium weight, bitter, very drying, dried fruit, chocolate, old cheese.
Drying finish.
Disappointing and not very enjoyable. Had been expecting more, based on some positive reviews. Don't think aging will help matters.
