Soft, approachable, though by no means mature. Likely a bit more oak than would be preferred by the purists, but a lovely drink. Drink or hold this one.

I've got a couple bottles of '02 PdO Volnay 1ers that are a bit TOO much for me, sounds like some (supposedly) lesser plots handled the treatment better.
