Medium weight, fruit forward but not jammy, currants, raspberry, cherry, very juicy, nicely spicy, good acidity to keep things from getting goopy, red licorice, dark chocoate.
Drying on the finish.
An easy to drink, fruit-forward wine that would work well with BBQs.
