Rich cherry red in the glass.
Cherry, earthy, smoky on the nose.
Medium weight, plush mouthfeel, quite tangy acidity, raspberry, cherry, some bitterness, spicy, rather tart.
Drying, mouthwatering, bitter, with some tomato paste on the finish.
Left me feeling let down and a bit disappointed. Not sure what, exactly, but was expecting more than this rather simple wine.
