Medium weight, good acidity, guava, apple, lemon, lime, pineapple, rich, refreshing, bitter citrus rind, a touch of honey, complex, very spicy, slightly off dry, tropical and exotic.
Opens up wonderfully as it warms in the glass.
Very mouthwatering, with bitter citrus rind on the finish.
