Never remember having 94 GPL, have had other 2 but its been a few years. I'd go for the 94 GPL, as I think in general 94 Medocs are good steak wines right now, but if you aged much more tannins might outstrip fruit. GPL in 90s were generally good wines.
I quite liked the 95 Sociando, it's the one I'd say might have some upside left. 98 Clos du Marquis didn't excite me a lot, but certainly ok Bordeaux.
