Clouet Champagne Rosé NV
Seeking the middle road for a pairing with some steak. This Rosé is rich enough to almost work for me, and it's plenty red for Laura. Strawberry fruitiness is starting to turn dark, so perhaps best to drink up. Unfortunately Clouet does not have the disgorgement dates on the bottles, so it's hard to know if I was drinking an older bottle from my stash.
