Champagne and Hot Dogs---whattaya think?

Think it will fly? Would you go? Will you go?

First of all, as an actual combination, bubbly and hot dogs go well together.
That said, with prices for a glass or a dog starting at $10 each, I'd not be hurrying there.
But actually I guess not really that awful if you think of it as bar food. Two glasses of grower champagne and a serious dawg, better than many places where 18 pounds gets you 2 glossy cocktails.

There's a sausage joint in Healdsburg, The Wurst Grill, serving beer and wine. Next time I'm in I'll mention he should put some local bubblies on the list.
It'll depend on the toppings. Hot peppers definitely an off-dry sparkling. Onions you may have to stick with beer.

I would go. It sounds like fun and $10 for a glass of good champagne is pretty decent. If you throw in a good piece of grub then I would think you were getting a bargain!

I dunno. That restaurant has "Open for Three Months" written all over it.
