Billiot Brut Reserve NV (disgorged June 2011)
Wildly expressive on the nose. It really had tons of depth and kept putting out nut, apple, floral, toast and other aromas. Impressive enough on the nose alone to make it a very satisfying wine. Mouthfilling and long on the finish, this really is the total package for an NV. The only NV I might put above it is Krug, and last night's bottle would be really hard to beat with any wine.
