I thought Galloni did a good job of handling the question of tasting blind vs. tasting w/ the winemaker at the wnry/non-blind.
It's a subject I don't particularly get my knickers in a knot over. OTOH, if the head man asserts most of the tastings are done blind..that sorta waves a red flag.
