New book on food and wine!

The book is titled "Taste buds and molecules". It is written by a Canadian Francois Chartier and is (quote) about the art and science of food and wine.
Amazon.com has it over here for $24 Cdn.
I have looked over it briefly and it all looks like an interesting read.
