King Family Vineyards Meritage 2009 AVA Monticello, Virginia

Blend 52% Merlot, 20% Cab Franc, 20% Petit Verdot, 8% Malbec.

Excellent Bordeaux blend, restrained, complex, yet full of ripe fruit. Lovely wine.

King Family makes some of my favorite wines from Virginia. I have even enjoyed their Merlot!
