Estate-grown grapes. 14.5% alcohol by volume. Deep purple color with density. A somewhat grapey nose with a suggestion of forest floor. Come across on the palate as a little brooding and assertive. Viscous. Improves with aeration. Doesn't seem to be in any danger of fading in the next year or two. Long-lived.
