Prince Edward County (Ontario)
Light yellow, with green tints, in the glass.
Toasty, spicy nose.
Medium weight, toasty, tangy acidity, lemon, lime, green apple, peppery, creamy, quite spicy, a hint of honey, very clean.
Tangy, very mouthwatering on the finish.
Quite nice, but leaner and firmer than the 2008, which I had previously enjoyed. This may just need some time.
