Feels odd celebrating the Solstice when it's going to be 60F/15C here today.

A great day for Ice Wine. We used to keep the Ice Wine out on the deck or in some snow so that Mother Nature would chill it and we'd have it at the moment of the Solstice but, as Kelly pointed out, it has to be cooled in the refrigerator this year.

I think where we are we know the worst is yet to come!

You're right, Kelly; enjoy it while we can.

It is even 49 degrees F here! Way too warm!! Make cookie cooking sweaty.
