James mentioned buying the '10 of this, which made me consider serving one of my 07's with an asparagus and chanterelle chowder I made the next day. It was a perfect choice: the wine has filled out wonderfully. It's still lean as chardonnays go but no longer taut with a bit of lemon curd on the steely minerality. I honestly wasted every bottle we drank before now. James--learn from this. :)
