Paso Robles

I'm heading to LA in a few weeks for business. I'm thinking of a side trip to Paso Robles. What are the must-visit wineries?
I'll go through the trip reports below (from Shaji M and Brian Gilp) but just wanted to know what you thought off the top of your head.

Depends on your preferences. I prefer the west side and think Tablas and Justin are must stops.

I concur with Brian- more choices on the westside. After having retasted some of my purchases since then, Adelaida, Thacher and Dover Canyon are good options as well.

I second the recommendation of Adelaida. Try the Pinot and whatever Viking Reserve they have.
