Very forthy mousse.

Light yellow in the glass.

A riot of beads of fine bubbles.

Nutty, very doughy on the nose.

Medium weight, nutty, lemon, green apple, good acidity, almond paste, very clean, cloves, cider vinegar.

Drying, muthwatering, tangy with some bitter lemon peel on the finish.

Yummy.

Purchased at $42.95 (Canadian).
